Gila County Finance Department

The Finance Department provides financial information and service to Gila County governmental departments and offices so they can effectively manage their resources.  Thorough review and management of the County’s financials, along with developing and complying with internal policies and procedures, provides Administration with the tools for making fiscally sound management decisions.  The Finance Department has three main divisions; Budgeting, Procurement, and Financial Operations.

Budgeting is responsible for the planning, oversight, and reporting of all the expected expenditures of Gila County.

Procurement ensures that all purchases and contracts are done in the best interest of the County and comply with state guidelines.

Financial Operations include accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
