Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department provides a full range of services to Gila County. Such services include recruitment and selection, employment advertising, employee relations, consultation, training and development, job classification, compensation, policy and procedure development, and employee benefits administration.

 

Mission Statement:

The aim of the Gila County Human Resources is to provide equal employment opportunities to the public and to ensure that the public and the employees of Gila County are treated in a fair and appropriate manner. We are here to advise the Board of Supervisors concerning policies, to propose new policies where appropriate, and to perform our duties in a professional and efficient manner. As public servants, it is our goal to serve the public’s needs by providing a fair and equitable method by which they can be considered for County employment.
